Miete: 350€ warm +15€ Internet, inkl. Mitbenutzung von Küche, Abstellraum und Badezimmer.
Neue Sanitäre Anlagen (auf Bild fehlt noch Duschwand aus Glas), Spülmaschine, Ofen, Kühlschrank + Gefrierfach (ebenfalls neu), Waschmaschine.
Innenhof für kleinere Grillabende etc.
Im Roten Feld gelegen befindet sich das Haus in Uni-Nähe. In die Innenstand sind es ca. 5-10 Gehminuten. Der Bahnhof ist problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 15 Minuten?, bin den Weg noch nie gelaufen ;) ).
Ausgesprochen ruhige Lage mitten in der Stadt.
Zur Zeit wohne ich, Jan 25 Jahre, allein im Haus. Ich mache in Lüneburg meinen Master und jobbe nebenbei.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man kann köstlich in ihr kochen und sie kann gut als gemütlicher WG Treffpunkt genutzt werden.
Viel schreiben will ich jetzt nicht, ich denke ein persönliches Gespräch ist da deutlich aussagekräftiger.
