Zimmersuchende Einzelmenschen oder Zweiermenschen, Kleinstfamilien aufgepasst:
Im Sommer wird unser möblierter Teil der Wohnung in der Lüneburger Innenstadt (sehr nah Am Sande) für fast drei Monate frei, da wir ins Ausland gehen. Wir, das bin ich, Merle, und mein fünfjähriges Kind. Es wird also ein Schlafraum, der ans Wohnzimmer angrenzt und ein Kinderzimmer frei. In der WG wohnt noch Jan, mit dem wir uns vor allem Küche (eine große, schöne!), den Balkon (oder wir auch immer wir es nennen) und das Bad teilen.
Der Plan sieht so aus, dass wir Ende Juli starten und Anfang/Mitte Oktober, vermutlich am 10., wiederkommen. Vor allem der Anfang ist aber flexibel, es kann gut sein, dass wir schon früher aufbrechen.
Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG, es gibt WLAN, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und einen schon erwähnen Balkon. Mein Zimmer geht zur Straße (Fußgängerzone) raus, das Kinderzimmer zum Hof. Über uns wohnt auch eine Familie, von denen man ab und an was hört. Es ist ganz sicherlich keine typische Studenten-WG, sondern verhältnismäßig ruhig und aufgeräumt. Es wir vegetarisch eingekauft und gekocht.
Die Miete würde ich gerne mit euch verhandeln. Wenn beide Zimmer genutzt werden, wäre das für mich natürlich prima, aber auch ein ziemlicher Glücksgriff. Ich möchte nicht alles um- oder wegräumen müssen, das Kinderzimmer könnte aber etwas angepasst werden.
Leitet die Mail gerne weiter, manchmal kommen ja ForscherInnen über den Sommer in die Stadt, das würde dann ja ziemlich gut passen.

L Ü N E B U R G July-October 2-3 rooms in the middle of the town
Dear people,
From July (not sure, when exactly) to October 10th two rooms in our lovely flat are free for rent. My son and I are going abroad for almost three months. We share the flat with Jan, who will stay here. The flat is very close to Am Sande, so in the middle of the town, but still in a quiet area. The child's room and my sleeping room, which is kind of combined with the living room, offer space for two grown ups, maybe even for parents and a child, it depends on how much space you need-furniture can be moved, but not entirely removed.
The kitchen is rather huge and we spend a lot of time there. Moreover there in a balkony and lovely windows (yes!) you can sit on and in and enjoy the summer. There's another family living in this house, you will notice that for sure. So it is not a student's party flat/house at all. Dependinig on how much room you use, we can talk about the price.
