Hallo zusammen,
da uns Guido leider verlassen wird, suchen wir ab Oktober 2018 eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in). Das zu vermietende Zimmer liegt im 1.Stock und ist schön hell Richtung Garten gelegen. Daher ist es auch schön ruhig (klein aber fein). Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die geräumige Küche mit Spülmaschine und ein Vollbad inkl. Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Benutzung. Im Obergeschoss gibt es noch ein weiteres WC mit Waschbecken. Das Haus verfügt über einen Dachboden, einen Trockenraum und zahlreiche Abstellmöglichkeiten im Keller, eine Fahrradgarage und einen sehr schönen und vor allem großen Garten mit Feuerplatz, Tischtennisplatte, Wiese-Liegeflächen und div. Apfelbäumen. Ein entspannter Sommer ist garantiert!
Um herauszufinden ob du zu uns passt, schreibe uns doch kurz was zu dir und warum du zu uns ziehen möchtest und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin aus.

Hello everyone,
we are looking for a new roomie in our lovely house as Guidp is going to leave Lüneburg. The room is on the second floor. We have a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. The room is facing the nice garden. Upstairs we have an additional toilet. We also have an attic, a drying-room for laundry as well as for storage in the basement. You will find room for your bike in the garage. The best part however is the big garden with apple-trees, a ping pong table and a fire-place - we guarantee a relaxed summer there!
Please tell us a little bit about yourself and the reason why you want to move in with us and we'll find time to meet in person.

Direkt hinter den Sülzwiesen liegt ein Wohngebiet, in welchem sich auch unser Haus befindet. Mit zehn Minuten zu Fuß, fünf Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder fünf Minuten mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt, liegt unser Haus zentral. Im Umkreis gibt es einen REWE
und EDEKA für deine täglichen Besorgungen. Zur Uni brauchst du gut 10 Minuten mit Rad oder Bus. Kurz und knapp, die Lage für das Haus ist genial. Viel Grün und unmittelbar an der Stadt gelegen :).

Our house is located close to the center - it takes ten minutes walking, five by bike or bus - as well as to the university - ten minutes by bike. The supermarkets REWE, EDEKA and Penny are quickly accessible.
Lustig, aktiv, chillig und oft gemeinschaftlich geht es bei uns her. Wir sind ein interessanter Mix aus einer Studentin (Alex, Master Umweltplanung, 35), einem IT-Consultant (Daniel, 31) sowie zwei frisch eingezogenen Referendaren (Andreas, 28 und Elias, 30). Jeder bekommt seinen Raum und hat die Möglichkeit für sich selbst oder mit den anderen etwas zu unternehmen. Wir sind auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG und freuen uns auf jemanden Neuen, der/die zu uns passt und auch gerne etwas gemeinsam unternimmt.

We're an interesting mix of a master-student (Alex, environmental planning, 35), an IT-consultant (Daniel, 31) and two recently moved-in teachers (Andreas, 28 and Elias, 30) who like to share life and laughter. We like to do things together, sometimes more active, sometimes just hanging out watching a movie, as well as being for ourselves. Everybody is given the space that they need, but we definitely are more than just some people sharing a house. We're looking for someone new, who completes us and also likes to do stuff together every once in a while.
Wir haben eine Ölheizung im Keller und haben die Vorauszahlung dafür sehr großzügig berechnet, es kann also noch günstiger werden!
