Das Zimmer ist ca. 11 m² groß und hat eine schöne Aussicht auf den schiefen Kirchturm (Johanneskirche) und die Sonne am Morgen. Es hat einen Laminatboden und einen großen Heizkörper, wodurch es bei kälteren Temperaturen kuschelig warm ist. Das Zimmer is möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Schreibtisch + Stuhl und einem Schrank.
The room has approx. 11 m² and a super nice view of the leaning tower of church (Johanneskirche) and the sun in the morning. It has laminate floor and a big heater, therefore its super cozy and warm during cold temperatures. The room brings a bed, a desk + chair and a cupboard.
In der Wohnung sind noch drei weitere Zimmer, in denen wir wohnen, ein kleines Kabuff für Wäsche, die Küche und ein Bad. Zudem haben wir einen Kellerraum (Mit Fitness - Stuff ausgestattet). Das Bad ist hell und besitzt eine Badewanne mit Duschkabine und hat alle Extras. Die Küche ist gemütlich eingerichtet und stellt das Zentrum vieler WG-Abende mit Freunden dar. Wir sind in Sachen Geschirr und Küchenutensilien mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und haben sogar eine Waschmaschine "Boschita" XD. Im Flur befindet sich ein Drucker, der von allen genutzt werden kann. Ein Hinterhof bietet die Möglichkeit, dein geliebtes Fahrrad sicher abzustellen.
In our apartment there are three more rooms in wich we live in. Additionally we have a Kabuff for clothes, a kitchen and a bathroom. To the flat belongs also a cellar room (with fitness equipment). The bathroom is bright and has a bathtub with shower and everything you need. The kitchen is super cozy and represents the center of our daily life. The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need, we also have a washing machine "Boschita" XD. In the corridor there is a shared printer. The backyard has the opportunity to place your beloved bike.
Unter dem Wohnhaus sind ein Blumenladen und ein Optiker. Die Betreiber sind nett und nehmen für uns dankenswerterweise alle Pakete an. Mit den Nachbarn über uns haben wir einen netten Kontakt, es gibt eine Gemeinschafts Whats App Gruppe mit allen Parteien.
In the ground floor there are 2 shops, one flower shop and one optic. The owners are nice and taking our pakages. With the neighbors we have a good connection. We have a sharing what's app group with all the apartments in this building.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Sande, sprich der nächste Supermarkt (Edeka) ist 30 Sekunden zu Fuß entfernt, alle Busse sind in einer Minute zu erreichen und selbst die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad nicht weit entfernt! Die gesamte Innenstadt ist direkt vor der Tür, so dass man auch mal easy spontan ins Café oder in die nächste Bar oder Kneipe gehen kann. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß auch nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Sobald du einen Parkausweis hast findest du auch safe Parkplätze in der Nähe.
The apartment is directly in the city center next to "Am Sande", i.e. the nearest supermarket (Edeka) is 30 seconds away by foot, all buses can be reached in a minute and even the university is not far away by bike! The entire city center is right in front of the door, so that you can spontaneously go to a café or the next bar or pub. The train station is also only a 10 minute walk away. As soon as you have a parking permit, you will also find quite fast parking spaces nearby.

Oleg (31): Ingenieur & Papa und bereits seit vier Jahren in der WG. Er treibt gerne Sport, interessiert sich für Poetry Slams.
Engineer and already since 4 years in this flat. He likes to do sports and to visit Poetry Slam events.
Inés (30): Doktorandin aus Spanien. Sie macht gerne und viel Yoga und liebt es Salsa zu tanzen.
PhD from Spain. Sie likes to do yoga and loves to dance salsa.
Juan (29): Doktorand aus Spanien. Er liebt Kaffee und Bier und arbeitet zusammen mit Inés an ihrem Reise Bulli.

Das WG-Leben hier ist sehr entspannt. Wir haben in aller Regel unsere Zimmertüren geöffnet. Wenn du mal deine Ruhe brauchst und dich zurückziehen willst, ist das natürlich auch überhaupt kein Problem. Wir sind wie eine Familie und verbringen viel Zeit zusammen, kochen viel und gerne. Wir essen vor allem abends meistens zusammen. Unsere kleine Tradition - Donnerstags trinken Juan und Oleg zusammen Mälzer Bier und Mandy und Inés machen in der Zeit Yoga. Miteinander sprechen wir Englisch, aber Juan und Inés versuchen deutsch zu lernen.
The share flat life is really easy. Regularly we have our doors open, but when you need your personal time it is no problem. We are like a family and we spend lots of time together, we like cooking and this a lot. Especially in the evening we like to eat together. Out little tradition- on thursdays Juan and Oleg are drinking Mälzer beer together and Mandy and Inés are doing yoga together during this time. We talk English with each other, but Juan and Inés are trying to learn German.
