wir sind drei Lehramtsreferendare (Jan (26),Tini(29)und Frank (30))auf der Suche nach einer neuen Mitbewohnerin bzw. einem Mitbewohner. Unsere Wohnung liegt in zentraler Lage (fünf Minuten in die Innenstadt). Die Wohnung (insgesamt 120qm) geht über zwei Etagen und hat ein schönes, ca. 40 qm großes Wohnzimmer. Wir haben zwei Badezimmer (Dusche und Bad) und eine gemütliche, auch nicht gerade kleine Küche (mit Spülmaschine!). Dein Zimmer ist ca. 13qm groß und hat einen eigenen Telefonanschluss. Es kostet warm 220€ (inkl. Strom, Telefon und Internet-Flat extra). Außerdem gibt es einen Keller und einen Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
