I live in a german house. On the ground floor, my landlady live. And on the first floor, I live with a female flatmate. We have our own room and only share the kitchen and bathroom.
I really satisfied with my room facility. As you can see on the photos, every furnitures that we need is already furnished.
And we don't have an oven but a microwave. So if you want to use oven, you can ask our landlady and then use the oven on the ground floor.
The bus stop is 3 min from the home.
You can get to Am sande by bus 5015 in 16 min and by bicycle in 7min.
And you can get to the Leuphana uni by bicycle in 9 min.
I live with a female international student in Luephana. She is very kind and you can speak with her in English.
If you want to laundry, you can use it on the ground floor. But you should pay 2€ for each time.
