Dieses Haus mit einer Gesamtfläche von ca. 380qm, über einem Fahrradladen, liegt direkt im Zentrum. Uni mit dem Fahrrrad in ca. 5min. errreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ohne Ende. Ein Auto benötigt man eigentlich nicht.
In dieser WG findet ein harmonisches Zusammenleben und ein reger Austausch statt.
Zur Freizeitgestaltung dient ein Kicker, eine Dartscheibe und häufige gemeinsame Spieleabende. Musik wird auch gerne gemacht und gehört.
Den niedrigsten Gemeinschaftsraum der Stadt findet ihr hier auch. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist hell und hat eine ruhige Lage.
