Hallo zusammen,
Meine Mitbewohnerin sucht zum 01.05.2020 noch eine neue Nachmieterin für ihr hübsches und gemütliches Zimmer direkt am Hauptcampus.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche mit Spülmaschine, einem vor kurzem renovierten Bad mit Dusche und 3 Zimmern, sowie Kellerraum. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschmaschine die euch vom Vermieter gestellt wird.
Zur Uni gibt es wohl kaum einen kürzeren Weg und auch das rote Feld ist von der Haltestelle Blücherstraße (direkt um die Ecke) gut erreichbar. Bis am Sande braucht ihr etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Bus.
Die Wohnung ist in etwa 70 qm groß und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Ihr habt außerdem noch einen kleinen Gartenabschnitt hinterm Haus zur Verfügung.
Wohnen werdet ihr gemeinsam mit Kiara die auch am 1.05 einzieht und Besarta, die aber Ende September ausziehen wird.
