Es befindet sich im kleinen Wohnheim Campus 5, über dem Kindergarten Campino, du musst also Student*innenstatus haben, um hier zu wohnen. Es ist schön geräumig, hat einen fast quadratischen Schnitt, ist sehr hell und hat Zugang zum großen WG-Balkon. Neben unseren privaten Zimmern verfügt die Wohnung über zwei getrennte WCs, ein Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, eine große Wohnküche und einem kleinen Abstellraum. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung ist der bereits erwähnte große Balkon, der von drei Zimmern und der Küche zugänglich ist und im Sommer, je nach Tageszeit, wahlweise eine schattigere oder sonnenerfüllte Seite hat. Auf diesem toben wir uns in der helleren Jahreszeit gerne aus und gärtnern in den dafür gebauten Hochbeeten und worin man sonst noch Essbares anpflanzen kann oder nutzen ihn für ein ausgedehntes Frühstück.
Da wir eine Heiz- und Energieflat haben, kommen zu der genannten Miete keine Nebenkosten hinzu (Internet ist auch drin) - Jackpot! Lediglich die Rundfunkgebühren teilen wir gleichmäßig auf.

It is located in the small student residence “Campus 5”, above the Kindergarden Campino. That means you are required to be a registered university student to live here.
The room is bright and spacious, with an almost quadratic layout and direct access to our large, shared balcony. Besides the private rooms our flat has two separate toilets, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a large combined kitchen/ living space and a small storage room. The definite highlight of our flat is the above-mentioned large balcony, which can be accessed from three rooms and the kitchen/ living space – it wraps around the side of the house! In the warmer seasons, we love to spend time there to eat, socialize, watch movies on our self-built outdoor bed or grow veggies in the elevated flower beds.
As we have an internet, heating and electricity flat for the student residence, there are no extra costs to the rent stated above – jackpot! Only the german broadcasting fees, which we share fairly among the flatmates, are an addition (ca. 10€ per person every three months).

ja... wir sind im Moment etwas nachhaltigkeitslastig, wir wollen gerne wieder gemischter werden
Wir legen Wert auf ein entspanntes und offenes Miteinander, direktes Ansprechen von Problemen und sind gesellige WG-Gefährt*innen. Regelmäßige Parties finden bei uns nicht statt (hin und wieder aber doch), jedoch ist für besuchende Menschen immer die Tür offen und ein Übernachtungsplatz sicher.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, mit dem es gut klappt ein angenehmes Sauberkeitslevel in der Wohnung zu halten und so soll es auch weiterhin sein. In der WG passieren gerne so Dinge wie Sport, Musik, Kochen, Spiele mit Freunden oder WG-intern. Wir sind alle nachhaltig orientiert und achten auf die Qualität unserer Nahrungsmittel, Putzmittel usw. Es wäre toll, wenn du das auch tust, denn wir teilen uns die meisten trockenen Lebensmittel und Haushaltsmittel und ein Zusammenleben ist schon wesentlich einfacher, wenn man da ähnliche Einstellungen hat.

yes... at the moment we are very sustainability-focused, however we would like to become a more mixed flat again.
We value a relaxed and outspoken way of living, meaning that issues are discussed directly and without drama and that we like to spend time with each other, instead of only living next to each other. Regular parties do not take place in our flat (although they are bound to happen sometime), but there is always a warm welcome to visitors and a place for them to stay.
We have a cleaning schedule, with which it is working well to keep up a pleasant level of cleanliness in the flat – that we would of course also like to keep in the future. In our flat, we sometimes do sports, make music together, cook, have game nights... either among our flatmates or with friends.
We are sustainability oriented (surprise!) and we place attention on the food, cleaning agents and such that we use. We would appreciate it if you were like-minded, as we share many things in the flat, e.g. dry storage foods.

Washing machines and tumble driers are in the residence halls next to ours, and cost money to operate (2.30€ washing, 0.90€ drying). There you also find a nice and dry place to park bikes
