The room is a 5 people WG with 5 rooms, 2 shared bathrooms and a common kitchen. The room is fully furnished (bed, desk, closet, mirror, shelfs, mattress) . It is a room of a newly renovated building in 2018 that only students live. Thus very comfortable, clean and safe :)
Our WG is in the first floor where there is enough sunshine. Therefore, it is not too cold in winter, also not too hot in summer. The whole building is full of students that help and respect each other, while sharing young dynamics that I love a lot. Hopefully you will also enjoy :)
It is a nice place to have temporary stay as everything is provided (furniture in room and shared utility in kitchen).
The apartment is just 5 minutes walk to the city center, 15 minutes to the train station. The nearest bus stop is within 3 minutes walk.
Our neighborhood is quiet, with a small park near by. Kalkberg, the highest hill in the region to overlook Lüneburg is also only 5 minutes away. It is a great location for people who enjoy nature and require convenience at the same time. There is an EDEKA supermarket in 5 minutes walk. Leuphana University is 10-15 minutes away by bike.
Our WG consists of me and 4 german students.
In our WG, we respect each other and follow some cleaning rules that keep our WG clean and comfortable. I look forward to someone who is nice, warm, clean and would enjoy sharing time together.
The rent includes all the shared utilities in kitchen. Water, electricity and internet are all included as well. The only extra cost is from GEZ(which everyone in Germany has to pay) and WG shared things(eg. garbage bags, cleaning liquid etc.). The deposit can be discussed.
The rent is recently 60 euros higher than before due to the rising energy price. Now the monthly rent is 358€ with everything (except GEZ).
