**Zwischenmiete** ab sofort bis Nov: Schönes Altbauzimmer in queerer FLINTA* WG mit Balkon und Garten

The apartment is located right at Frommepark close both to the city centre als well as Liebensgrund and Kreidebergsee. The next bus stop (Springintgut) is right around the corner, as well as the small Kiosk "Kisok" and the Kneipe "Café Klatsch". Supermarkets (Penny, Rewe and Edeka) and the Wochenmarkt are within close reach as well. It's 3km to the university and 2km to the train station.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Frommepark und ist damit sowohl nah an der Alstadt als auch nah am Liebesgrund und dem Kreidebergsee. Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Springintgut) ist direkt um die Ecke, die meisten Orte sind jedoch bestens (und schneller) zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Direkt neben dem Haus gibt es den Nachbarschaftskiosk Kisok und ums Eck das Café Klatsch. Supermärkte (Penny, Rewe und Edeka) sind ebenfalls gut zu erreichen. Zum Bahnhof sind es 2km, zur Uni etwa 3km.

Wir sind zwischen 25-28 Jahre alt und lohnarbeiten, studieren oder planen, eines von beidem bald zu tun. Als drei queere FLINTA* Personen würden wir uns über eine weitere Person freuen, die sich auch in diesem Spektrum verortet, sind an sich aber offen für alle Geschlechter. Als WG-Neugründung haben wir uns in dieser Konstellation gerade erst gefunden und befinden uns noch im Prozess, die Wohnung zu übernehmen und das Zusammenleben zu organisieren. Wir haben Lust, die Wohnung gemeinsam zu gestalten und es uns hier zusammen gemütlich zu machen, wenn auch womöglich zwei von uns schon im Laufe des nächstes Jahres aus Lüneburg wegziehen könnten.

Wir freuen uns darauf, gemeinschaftlich zu wohnen und auch gemeinsam einzukaufen und zu kochen. Eine*r von uns isst vegan, die anderen nicht. Zwei von uns rauchen, ab und zu auch mal in der Küche. Mit vielen Leuten aus dem Haus sind wir bereits befreundet und freuen uns darauf, dass wir zukünftig mehr Zeit zusammen verbringen, da hier gerade so etwas wie eine kleine community entsteht. Eine*r von uns spricht English als Muttersprache und beginnt gerade, Deutsch zu lernen. Es wäre also cool, wenn Du auch etwas auf Englisch kommunizieren könntest.

Wir sind für Küchenkommunismus, befreite Gesellschaft, Solidarität, Antifaschismus, geschlechtliche und sexuelle Selbstbestimmung und reproduktive Gerechtigkeit. Du solltest kein*e TERF, SWERF, Cop, Soldat*in oder bei XR sein. Für Antisemitismus und Rassismus haben wir keine Toleranz.

We are between 25-28 years old and are working, studying, or planning to do either of these soon. As three queer flintas*, we would be happy to have another person who also locates themselves in this spectrum, but we are per se open to all genders. As a new WG we have just found each other in this constellation and are still in the process of taking over the apartment and organizing living together. We are very much looking forward to living together, cooking together and share food expenses. One of us is vegan, the others are not. Two of us smoke, sometimes in the kitchen probably. We are already friends with many people from the other WGs in the house and are looking forward to spending more time together in the future, as we develop a small community here :) We would like to design the apartment together and make ourselves comfortable here. Although some of us might move away from Lüneburg over the course of the next year. One of us is a native English speaker, and is still learning German, so it would be a bonus if you could also communicate in English to some degree.

We are for kitchen communism, a liberated society, solidarity, anti-fascism, gender and sexual self-determination and reproductive justice. You should not be TERF, SWERF, cop, soldier or at XR. We have no tolerance for antisemitism and racism.

We are a new 3 person WG that is looking forward to a fourth person to move in from november. Until that happens, we are urgently looking for a short-term renter, who'll rent the room for September & October. Please don't hesitate to write us if you are interested, preferably in English :)
