Das Zimmer ist frisch renoviert, in weiß gehalten und möbliert auf ca. 13 m2. Im Zimmer steht ein Bett (1,40), mit Kommode und Schreibtisch. Parkettboden. Das Zimmer liegt im 1. OG befindet sich auch das Badezimmer. Das Fenster ist in Richtung Garten und bietet einen tollen Blick ins Grüne :-)
Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel (Moorfeld). Der Wald und das Loewecenter sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit, sowie der Anschluss zur A39. Es gibt einen großen Garten. Es ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen und gut für Ausflüge in die Natur geeignet. Mit dem Rad ist man in ca. 10 min in der Innenstadt und am Bahnhof.
Ich würde mich über gute Gespräche freuen, vielleicht ab und zu mal einen Kaffee/Tee zusammen trinken oder kochen. Ich mag auch Spieleabende...keine Angst es muss nicht jeden Abend sein ;)

Das Highlight: 1 mal die Woche kommt unsere Putzperle (Haushaltshilfe) und macht alles einmal sauber und das ist schon im Preis inkl. :-)
