schönes, helles 14qm Zimmer auf dem Campus

Hi, ich bin Annika und gehe Mitte August ins Ausland. Für diese Zeit möchte ich mein Zimmer möbliert für dich zur Untermiete zur Verfügung stellen. Das Zimmer ist hell und freundlich mit schönem Parkettboden. Es hat sehr hohe Decken und große Fenster. Gelegen ist die WG im Studentenwohnheim Campus 1 und somit in einer Ecke des Campus der Leuphana. Mit den Öffis ist sie gut zu erreichen und nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt (Fahrradweg ca. 10 Minuten), die Uni ist in unter 1 Minute erreichbar und der nächste Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Mitbewohner*innen, die bleiben verbringen viel Zeit in ihren Zimmern sind aber immer für ein nettes Gespräch in der Küche zu haben, sowie auch die anderen Hausbewohner*innen. Wir haben einen Putzplan, der wöchentlich rotiert und zwei Kühlschränke, sodass genug Platz für alle Lebensmittel vorhanden sein sollten. Wir haben keine Spülmaschine, aber mit der Hand wäscht es sich auch ganz leicht und dafür hast du sogar deinen eigenen Wlanrouter. Alle Nebenkosten sind in den 320 Euro Miete eingebunden, sodass nur noch dein Anteil an der GEZ Gebühr dazukommen wird.

Hi I am Annika and I am going abroad for one semester of my studies mid-August until end of March. For this period of time, I would like to offer you my room for rent with full furniture (including bed, desk, drawer, wardrobe, nightstand, wifi router). The room has high ceilings, parquet flooring, big windows and is light and friendly. This room is part of a student dorm on campus, so every seminar room and lecture hall is no more than 5 minutes away by foot. Also, there are several grocery stores in foot distance, as well as multiple bus stops. The city center is, also, easily accessible: 10 min. by bus and bike. The flat mates spend most times in their rooms, but they are very friendly and open for nice talks in the kitchen. One other room will be free for a whole year, so if you want to, you can decide, who moves in with you. Moreover, we have a weekly cleaning schedule, so everything stays nice and we all feel comfortable. Besides, we have two fridges with freezers, so there should be enough space for your food.
We don't have a dishwasher, but you have your own wifi router, so always a great connection. In the rent are all extra costs included, you will only have to pay 8 Euros extra each month for GEZ (the televison and radio fees, that everybody who rents/lives in GErmany hsa to pay: I am sorry for that...).
