Das Haus liegt direkt am Kreiderbergsee. Der Penny Supermarkt und ein Bäcker ist keine Minute vom Haus entfernt und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. Kaufland liegen auch in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Zum Rathaus, wo auch der Wochenmarkt stattfindet, sind es ca. 5 min zu Fuß. Von Am Sande (10 min zu Fuß) fahren Busse in alle Richtungen. Der Bahnhof ist auch ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Wir haben auch einen kleinen Garten wo wir etwas Gemüse anpflanzen und eine Sitzecke aus Paletten die sich hervorragend für gemütliche Grillabende eignet.

The house is located directly at the Kreiderbergsee. The Penny supermarket and a bakery are less than a minute away from the house, and other shopping facilities such as Kaufland are also in the immediate vicinity.
The town hall, where the weekly market takes place, is about a 5-minute walk away. Buses go in all directions from Am Sande (10 min walk). The train station is also about 10 minutes walk away.
We also have a small garden where we grow some vegetables and a seating area made of pallets that is perfect for cosy barbecues.

Deine WG-Mitbewohner wären Björn, Alvee und Kjell. Sie studieren alle an der Leuphana Universität in verschiedenen Studiengängen. Sie kochen und essen gerne zusammen und verbringen den Abend öfter mal auf der Couch im Wohnzimmer. Ab und zu schmeißen sie auch gerne Partys.
Wir pflegen einen WG-Plan, wo verschiedene Aufgaben wie Müll rausbringen, Badezimmer reinigen etc. rotieren. Es muss nicht immer alles blitze blank sein aber vor allem in der Küche sollte hinter sich aufgeräumt werden.

Your flatmates would be Björn, Alvee and Kjell. They are all studying at Leuphana University in different degree programmes. They like to cook and eat together and often spend the evening on the couch in the living room. They also like to throw parties from time to time.
We maintain a flat-sharing plan where various tasks rotate, such as taking out the rubbish, cleaning the bathroom, etc. We don't always have to keep everything spick and span. Everything doesn't always have to be spotless, but especially the kitchen should be cleaned up after.
