Du machst ein Praktikum in Lüneburg? Du machst einen längeren Urlaub? Du willst mal für kurze Zeit in einer anderen Wohnung leben, mitten in der Lüneburger Altstadt mit einer traumhaften Dachterasse? - Wir, Flo und Jana, werden im September und Oktober in Südafrika sein und vermieten daher unsere Zimmer an 1 - 2 Personen gegen Pflanzen gießen und eine Pauschale für Nebenkosten und einen kleinen Mietanteil zwischen.
Die Wohnung ist relativ verschachtelt, wir haben 2 Zimmer im hinteren Teil, die direkt von der großräumigen Wohnküche abgehen. Zimmer 1 ist ein Durchgangszimmer mit Doppelbett, Sofa und Schreibtisch, mit Zugang zu dem Herzstück der WG, der Dachterasse. Zimmer 2 liegt dahinter, ebenfalls mit Doppelbett, Sofa, Schreibtisch und improvisiertem Kleiderschrank. Die Zimmer bieten beide auch noch relativ viel freien Platz, z.B. für Yoga-Sessions. Durch die Dachschrägen und unser Beleuchtungskonzept sind beide Zimmer super gemütlich!
Es kann entweder 1 Person alleine oder 2 Personen in die Zimmer ziehen. Selbstverständlich würden wir die Pauschale auch nur für die Anzahl der Personen berechnen (100 Euro/Person/Monat). Bei den Pflanzen handelt es sich um ganz normaler Zimmerpflanzen, die je nach Bedarf gegossen werden müssen und Kräuter und Gemüse auf der Dachterasse.

You are doing an internship in Lüneburg? You are going on a longer vacation? You want to live for a short time in a different apartment, in the middle of the old town of Lüneburg with a beautiful roof terrace? - We, Flo and Jana, will be in South Africa in September and October and therefore rent out our rooms to 1 - 2 people in exchange for watering plants and a lump sum for incidental expenses and a small rent share.
The apartment is fairly nested, we have 2 rooms in the back that lead directly off the spacious eat-in kitchen. Room 1 is a pass-through room with a double bed, sofa and desk, with access to the heart of the WG, the roof terrace. Room 2 is behind it, also with double bed, sofa, desk and improvised closet. The rooms also both offer relatively much free space, e.g. for yoga sessions. Due to the sloping ceilings and our lighting concept, both rooms are super cozy!
Either 1 person alone or 2 people can move into the rooms. Of course, we would also charge the flat rate only for the number of people (100 euros/person/month). The plants are quite normal houseplants that need to be watered as needed and herbs and vegetables on the roof terrace.
Unsere WG liegt mitten in der Innenstadt von Lüneburg. Zu Fuß bist du in 6 Minuten am Bahnhof und in 2 Minuten am Sande, wo es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt und Busse in alle Richtungen abfahren. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 7 Minuten zum Kreidebergsee, in 10 Minuten bist du im Wald an der Ilmenau und in 12 Minuten an der Uni.

Our shared apartment is located in the center of Lüneburg. By foot you are at the train station in 6 minutes and in 2 minutes at the Sande, where there are various shopping facilities and buses leave in all directions. By bike it is only 7 minutes to the Kreidebergsee, in 10 minutes you are in the forest at the Ilmenau and in 12 minutes you reach the university.
Eigentlich sind wir eine sehr familiäre WG, die gerne Zeit miteinander verbringt, über das Leben der anderen Bescheid weiß, für- und miteinander kocht und alle Lebensmittel teilt. Allerdings wird der Sommer sehr ruhig bei uns: wir beide sind ja eh in Südafrika, Josie wird mal hier, mal da sein und Pauli schreibt ihre Bachelorarbeit, wird aber auch vermutlich viel unterwegs sein. Von daher kannst du dich/könnt ihr euch auf eine ruhige, gemütliche Wohnung freuen! Natürlich kannst du/könnt ihr gerne mal Gäste einladen (solange nicht die Wohnung auseinander genommen wird).

Actually, we are a very familiar WG that likes to spend time together, knows about each other's lives, cooks for and with each other and shares all the food. However, the summer will be very quiet with us: we are both in South Africa anyway, Josie will be here and there and Pauli is writing her bachelor thesis, but will also probably be on the road a lot. So you can look forward to a quiet, cozy apartment! Of course you can invite guests (as long as the apartment is not torn apart).
Wir lassen alle Möbel so wie sie sind und würden auch die Regale gefüllt lassen. Damit du/ihr Stauraum habt, können wir gerne den provisorischen Kleiderschrank leer machen. Außerdem können wir gerne die Schreibtische freiräumen.
Es kann passieren, dass ab und zu Handwerker*innen in der Wohnung vorbei schauen werden, da ein paar Reparaturen anstehen.
Voraussetzung für den Deal ist, dass die Pflanzen wirklich regelmäßig gegossen werden, auf die Wohnung aufgepasst wird und sie natürlich so hinterlassen wird, wie wir sie hinterlassen haben!
Besichtigungen sind sowohl online als auch in Präsenz möglich (lieber natürlich letzteres).

We leave all the furniture as it is and would also leave the shelves filled. In order for you/you to have storage space, we would be happy to empty the temporary closet. Also, we would be happy to clear out the desks.
It can happen that from time to time craftsmen will visit the apartment, because some repairs are due.
Prerequisite for the deal is that the plants are really watered regularly, take care of the apartment and of course leave it as we left it!
Viewings are possible both online and in presence (prefer the latter, of course).
