The room is nice, big (15 m2) with laminat floor in wooden design. It has two windows and a lockable door. There are several electrical outlets in the room. In one place of the room there is a slight slope of the roof.
The apartment is 50 m2 big, rather small but pleasant, also thanks to the small living room of 10 m2. The apartment has room for design :)
Das Zimmer das zur Verfügung steht ist ca. 15 m2 groß und mit Laminat Boden in Holzdesign. Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster und eine kleine Dachschräge (siehe Bilder). Die Tür ist schließbar wenn gewünscht und im Raum sind mehrere Steckdosen.
The location is perfect for students, directly at the Leuphana University and also directly at a bus stop.
Also a snack bar that serves various food in the immediate vicinity. Penny is about 300 meters away, the nearest Edeka about 800 meters. To the spa park it is also about 300 meters. And to the forest it is not 200 meters. :)
Die Lage ist für Studenten sehr gut gelegen, weil die Wohnung nur 30 Meter Luftlinie vom Campus entfernt ist. Bushaltestellen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein Döner ist nah zu Fuß erreichbar, genau so Penny (300 Meter) und der nächste Edeka und Apotheke ca. 800 Meter entfernt. Der Kurpark ist auch fußgängig einfach zu erreichen, genau so der Wald und das Naturschutzgebiet hinter der Uni/an der Ilmenau.
You will live with Shahed. Shahed is 27 and studies Master’s at Leuphana. He is interested in structural activism, filmmaking, reading nonfiction, doing sports and cooking delicious dishes.
He is very flexible in dealing, and pays a lot of attention to cleanliness. He likes to exchange ideas and is interested in many things.
The neighborhood consists exclusively of nice students, and there are regulated cleaning and garbage schedules.
Du wirst mit Shahed zusammenleben. Shahed ist 27 und studiert im Master an der Leuphana. Er interessiert sich für strukturellen Aktivismus, Filmemachen, Lesen von Sachbüchern, Sport und Kochen von (sehr) leckeren Gerichten.
Er ist sehr flexibel im Umgang und achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit. Er tauscht sich gerne aus und ist an vielseitig interessiert.
Die Nachbarschaft besteht ausschließlich aus netten Studenten, und es gibt geregelte Putz- und Müllpläne.
