Ich ziehe am 07.03 aus. Ich werde meine Wohnung nach diesem Datum verlassen. Mit 10 qm bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz für alles was man braucht und sie liegt zentral in der Altstadt und verfügt über eine moderne Einbauküche und Bad. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet. Das Zimmer verfügt über alle notwendigen Möbel in gutem Zustand, z. Queen-Size-Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Kleiderbügel usw. Die Wohnung hat ein gut ausgestattetes Bad und eine gemeinsame Küche.
Die Miete besteht aus inkl. Heizung, Strom, Wasser und für das Internet werden nur 10 Euro zusätzlich benötigt. Insgesamt also 260 Euro pro Monat.
Es gibt viele Supermärkte in der Nähe der Wohnung (Aldi, Rewe, Penny etc. es dauert maximal 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Vor der Wohnung befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, auch Lüneburg Hbf/ZOB dauert nur 10 Minuten und das Stadtzentrum ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Andere Mieter sind 17, 23, 24 Jahre alt, sie alle studieren und arbeiten, daher ist das Haus immer friedlich und ruhig.
