das Zimmer hat 12 qm würde es aber auch gegen das größere tauschen ! Die warmmiete beträgt 340€ inklusive Internet und Telefon. Es großes Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist von mir voll eingerichtet bis auf das Zimmer .. Bin aber für neues gern offen auch für Renovierungvorschläge. Also wenn du auch noch das ein oder andere Möbelstück hast wäre das kein Problem
die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil hagen. Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt der Bhf ca. 10min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch vor Ort . Alles sehr gut erreichbar . Freibad und Fitnessstudio sind auch vor Ort und gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Man sollte schon zusammen mal kochen oder ein dvd Abend machen können. Oder mal zusammen ausgehen. Da ein kleiner Kater auch vorhanden ist sollte man sich gemeinsam kümmern können.
Gemeinsames einkaufen gehen und aufräumen sollte auch drinn sein !
