Im Erdgeschoß wohnt die ruhige sehr netten Eigentümerin und sie freut sich schon sehr auf 2 neue liebe offene und lustige NachbarInnen , die auch gerne mal zum gemeinsamen Tee oder Lagerfeuer im Garten rüberkommen dürfen.
Bushaltestellen nur 30 Meter entfernt,
bis zum Campus sind es nur 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und
in die Stadt nur 7 Minuten!

Das hängt von euch ab, denn im Moment ist nur das mittlere Zimmer vermietet.
Dort wohnt eine nette Studentin.
Ihr solltet offen, kommunikativ, , open minded und flexibel sein, auch mal Lachen können dann paßt ihr hier bestimmt super zusammen.)
