We are looking for you to live together on our big restyard right next to Lüneburg. For almost 10 years we have lived here with about 45 adults and 15 children.
We have space in 5 to 8 WGs with and without children.
We are looking for people who want to live permanently in WGs and can, as our smaller housing units/family homes are all permanently occupied.
Our principles:
• We want to create permanently shared living space outside of real estate speculation and rental price explosion – that is why we are part of the rental house syndicate.
• We want to live together and in solidarity – from cooking for all to bidding rounds for rent.
• We want to live in an environmentally sound manner, such as sharing resources and bringing our food together, on the bio-size trade, on food sharing and a solidar agriculture.
• We make decisions in consensus and each person works in at least one of our structurally relevant AGs.
• We have no place for thought and conspiracy ideologies.
Our knowledge process takes about 3 months. The rooms are gradually free during the summer. That's why we're looking for people now. At the same time, something becomes free again and again, which means, even if you don't look at it, you can get to know.

Hey ihr Wohnprojekt-Interessierten!
Wir suchen euch zum gemeinsamen Leben auf unserem großen Resthof direkt bei Lüneburg. Seit fast 10 Jahren wohnen wir mit ca. 45 Erwachsenen und 15 Kindern hier.
Wir haben Platz in 5er bis 8er WGs mit und ohne Kinder.
Wir suchen Menschen, die dauerhaft in WGs wohnen wollen und können, da unsere kleineren Wohneinheiten/ Familienwohnungen alle dauerhaft belegt sind.
Unsere Grundsätze:
• Wir wollen dauerhaft gemeinschaftlich verwalteten Wohnraum außerhalb von Immobilienspekulation und Mietpreisexplosion schaffen – darum sind wir Teil des Mietshäuser Syndikats.
• Wir wollen gemeinschaftlich und solidarisch leben – das reicht vom Kochen für alle bis zu Bieterunden für die Miete.
• Wir wollen umweltverträglich leben – dazu gehört z.B. Ressourcen zu teilen und unser Essen gemeinschaftlich zu beziehen, über den Biogroßhandel, über Foodsharing und eine Solidarische Landwirtschaft.
• Wir treffen Entscheidungen im Konsens und jede Person arbeitet in mindestens einer unserer strukturrelevanten AGs mit.
• Rechtes Gedankengut und Verschwörungsideologien haben bei uns keinen Platz.
Unser Kennenlernprozess dauert etwa 3 Monate. Die Zimmer werden über den Sommer nach und nach frei. Daher suchen wir ab sofort Menschen. Gleichzeitig wird auch immer mal wieder etwas frei, was bedeutet, auch wenn ihr nicht akut sucht, könnt ihr gerne zum Kennenlernen kommen.

The farm is located in Rettmer. Lüneburg Train Station is 6 km and 25 minutes by bike, 3 km from the university and 15 minutes by bike.
Der Hof liegt in Rettmer. Zum Lüneburger Bahnhof sind es 6 km und 25 Fahrradminuten, bis zur Uni 3 km und 15 Fahrradminuten.
in 3 or 4 WGs rooms are free. Each WG specifies individually what is important for the WGs are very different. They are also different sizes (between 5 and 8 people). In 2 WGs, children do not live in 2. 2 WGs are more younger (in the 20s), 2 more older (in the 30s). Aḿ best you just come by to learn more!
in 3 oder 4 WGs werden Zimmer frei. Jede WG legt individuell fest, was für die wichtig ist, die WGs sind sehr verschieden. Sie sind auch unterschiedlich groß (zwischen 5 und 8 Menschen). In 2 WGs leben Kinder, in 2 nicht. 2 WGs sind eher jünger (in den 20igern), 2 eher älter (in den 30igern). Aḿ besten ihr kommt einfach vorbei, um mehr zu erfahren!
Our knowledge process takes about 3 months. First you get to know the whole farm. If you are interested, then it will be looked at which WG fits you or which WG fits you well. If there is a match, you will come to the co-operation phase, where you will participate in Plena, Labor Actions, AG meetings, etc., so that both sides can get to know each other. In the end, there is a decision on your move.
Unser Kennenlernprozess dauert ca. 3 Monate. Erst lernt ihr den gesamten Hof kennen. Wenn ihr Interesse habt, dann wird geschaut, welche WG zu euch passt bzw. in welche WG ihr gut passt. Wenn es ein Match gibt, kommt ihr in die Mitarbeitsphase, wo ihr an Plena, Arbeitsaktionen, AG-Treffen etc. teilnehmt und so beide Seiten sich weiter kennenlernen können. Am Ende gibt es die Entscheidung über eure Einzug.
