The room has 2 windows towards the west, mornings/noons the sun shines really nice. The room is in the 1st floor. There are only bathrooms on the ground floor, or on the 2nd floor. With 16sqm, everything you need fits in when you take over pieces of furniture (write table, chair, sofa, dresser) we can talk again:)
Das Zimmer hat 2 Fenster Richtung Westen, Vormittags/Mittags scheint richtig schön die Sonne rein. Das Zimmer liegt im 1. OG. Bäder gibt es nur im Erdgeschoss, oder im 2. OG. Mit 16qm, passt alles rein was man so braucht, bei Übernahme von Möbelstücken (Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Sofa, Kommode) können wir nochmal quatschen:)
The situation could not be better if you want to be flexible. In 7 minutes you can cycle in the university. 5 minutes in downtown. 3 minutes walk and you are at the bus stop, which also leads to the university.
An aldi, a Budni and a Denn’s organic market are a 3-minute walk away (absolutes +). In about 5 minutes you can also walk to a Lidl.
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein wenn man flexibel sein will. In 7 Minuten ist man mit dem Fahrrad in der Uni. 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt. 3 Minuten Fußweg und man steht an der Bushalte, die auch zur Uni führt.
Ein Aldi, ein Budni und ein Denn’s Biomarkt sind 3 Gehminuten entfernt (absolutes +). In etwa 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß auch bei einem Lidl.
The WG is often rather calm and I would describe it as more useful. Every now and then you go into the kitchen and exchange yourself, but in principle everyone makes his own thing rather. To keep the house clean, there is a cleaning plan.
Die WG ist oft eher ruhig und ich würde sie als eher Zweckmäßig beschreiben. Hin und wieder quatscht man in der Küche und tauscht sich aus, prinzipiell macht jeder aber eher sein eigenes Ding. Um das Haus sauber zu halten, gibt es einen Putzplan.
