Hallo ,ich habe ein schönes helles Zimmer in einer 80qm Altbauwohnung zu vermieten.
Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich,es ist hat ein Altbau und der Vermieter hat nicht mehr viel Lust,Geld in sein Haus zu stecken.
Die Küche ist etwas klein und für 5-Gänge-Menüs fehlt der Arbeitsplatz,obwohl wir auch das schon hingekriegt haben.
Auch das Bad ist nicht modern,aber Duschen und Baden klappt trotzdem wunderbar.Waschmaschine steht im Bad.
Auf dem Balkon kann man schön sitzen und lesen,die Uni am Rotenbleicher Weg ist direkt gegenüber,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls und bis in die Stadt ist es auch ein Katzensprung,der Kurpark ist nicht weit,Bahnhof und Leuphana-Uni ebenfalls nicht.also,wie gesagt,die Lage ist einmalig.
