Die zwei Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist nett aufgeteilt. Die Küche bietet genügend Platz für einen Esstisch und das Bad verfügt über eine nostalgische Badewanne. Man muss dazu sagen, dass die Einrichtung insgesamt schon etwas älter ist, aber für den Preis und die Lage total ausreichend ;)!
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ruhig im Roten Feld. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 5 Minuten in die Innenstadt bzw. zur Uni und es gibt auch eine direkte Busverbindung zum Bahnhof sowie zur Uni. Der Kurpark und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen.
