ich suche einen Mitbewohner/in für meine schöne Wohnung in Scharnebeck zum 01.07.2011.
Die Wohnung ist ziemlich groß (insg. 90m²) - große Küche, großes Bad und ist in einer ziemlich ruhigen und schönen Lage.
Eine Bushaltestelle (Lüneburger Straße) ist nur eine Straße runter, falls kein Auto vorhanden.
Einen Keller oder Abstellraum gibt es nicht, kann man aber evtl. mit dem Vermieter bereden oder dazumieten. Dafür ein großer Flur, wo man ggf. Dinge unterstellen kann.
