Hi everybody,
We have currently one free room in our three-room shared flat. It's the largest and the brightest room in the whole apartment with a direct access to the balcony. The room is not furnished, there is only a hammock hanging on the ceiling, which will stay in the room if desired.
The apartment is located near the train station (& bus station), it takes 8 minutes to walk down to the station. This is very very practical for somebody who uses public transport regularly. Apart from that, there's also a bus stop just a minute away from the house.
Additionally, you need only 15 minutes to walk down to Am Sande.
Shopping possibilities around: Penny, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann about 5-10 min walk. Steinecke bakery is just in the corner.
In this flat you are going to live with me, Lela (26) and my boyfriend, Irakli (25). We are both from Georgia. We both work, so you have a lot of time for your own in the flat. In the free time our activities include painting, watching movies, doing some yoga, wood carving, sometimes playing guitar, but traveling we love the most. We will gladly spend time with our new flatmate, cooking some yummies and watching movies for example. But nothing is a must, we are very flexible and welcoming to different kinds of personalities.
We do speak German but with mistakes :X I have the level B1, Irakli A1.
Our flat is usually very clean and tidy.
Additional fee for the Internet, electricity and 'GEZ' is about 50 euro. Costs for electricity is flexible though, as it depends on the consume. After invoicing any access money will be returned. Anyway you should calculate about 400 euro per month all inclusive.
