A Boulplatz is about 300 meters away and skate park * for about 2 months new by "our" association, newly founded.
There is also the possibility to live in a houseboat in the garden 🚤 🛶 🛶
It is structurally on a very good standard and is always expanded and adapted to the contemporary spirit.
We also have 3 fireplace stoves and there is another kitchen witch.
Parking space for the car is also included.
Large garden is available with use and is also desired.
and the bus connection 5009 is right in front of the front door, drives every 30 minutes to Lüneburg and Bardowick it is also possible where a train station approx. 1300 meters away.

Die WG in der alten Dorfschule in Vögelsen, in der alten Dorfschule mit großen Garten und mit mehreren Feuer- und Griellmöglichkeiten, Fahrräder, Kanus, Kajak, Blasrohr und noch viele weitere Möglichkeiten um gemeinsam die Freizeit gut und sinnvoll zu gestalten.
Ein Boulplatz ist ca 300 Meter entfernd und Skatepark * seit ca 2 Monaten neu durch "unseren" Verein, neu gegründet.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit in einem Hausboot im Garten zu leben 🚤 🛥 🛶
Es ist baubiologisch auf einen sehr guten Standart und wird immer erweitert und dem Zeitgeist angepasst.
Wir haben zusätzlich 3 Kaminöfen und es kommt noch eine Weitere Küchenhexe dazu.
Stellplatz fürs Autos gehört auch noch mit dazu.
Großer Garten ist vorhanden kann mit genutzt werden und ist auch erwünscht.
und die Busverbindung 5009 ist direkt vor der Haustür, fährt alle 30 Minuten nach Lüneburg und Bardowick ist es auch möglich, wo ein Bahnhof ca. 1300 Meter entfernt ist.

The bus to Lüneburg departs from the front door.
The garden, is almost 4000 m2 tall, in summer we grill there often and play vat, bowl etc.=)
The place:
Vogelsen is a small quiet municipality in the district Lüneburg in Lower Saxony. The municipality of Vögelsen is part of the municipality of Bardowick. Lüneburg can be reached by car in a few minutes, as well as by bus line 5009. In Lüneburg, a good connection to Hamburg by the Metronom also from Bardowick is possible.
A39 is a few minutes' drive from Vogelsen.
Birds themselves offer everything important for everyday life. The Edeka Market, Raiffeisenbank and Sparkasse, Ice Shop, Dönerladen, Doctors, Schools, Kita, Playgrounds are within walking distance.
A weekly market takes place once a week, as well as several times a month a large flea market on the nearby main square.
In tresse, simply crawl through and arrange an apartment visit =) !

Der Garten, ist fast 4000 m2 groß, im Sommer grillen wir dort oft und spielen Küp, Bowle usw.=)
Der Ort:
Vögelsen ist eine kleine ruhige Gemeinde im Landkreis Lüneburg in Niedersachsen. Die Gemeinde Vögelsen gehört zur Samtgemeinde Bardowick. Lüneburg ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, sowie mit dem Bus der Linie 5009. In Lüneburg hat man dann wiederum eine gute Anbindung an Hamburg durch den Metronom auch von Bardowick ca.1200m entfernt möglich.
Die A39 liegt wenige Autominuten von Vögelsen entfernt.
Vögelsen selber bietet alles wichtige für das alltägliche Leben. Der Edeka Markt, Raiffeisenbank und Sparkasse, Eisladen, Dönerladen, Ärzte, Schulen, Kita, Spielplätze sind fußläufig schnell zu erreichen.
Es findet einmal die Woche ein Wochenmarkt statt, sowie mehrmals im Monat ein großer Flohmarkt auf dem nahe gelegenen Festplatz.

There are, for example, 1 woman and 1 man in the WG and we are looking forward to new roommates who want to expand our common life and bring new impulses:)
We like to grill, go about 2 times a day with the dogs. Go to the cinema or pub ( live music) and other interesting events or courses that interest us.
Play also like, skip and phase 10 and occasionally, we also play poker.
Often cooked together and the kitchen is the central meeting place, for everyone!
As already mentioned, we are happy about new love, intelligent, innovative new roommates ðŸ
Es sind z.z. noch 1 Frau und 1 Mann in der WG und wir freuenr uns schon sehr auf neue Mitbewohnerinnen die unser gemeinsames Leben erweitern und neue Impulse mit einbringen möchte:)
Wir grillen sehr gerne, gehen ca. 2 mal Täglich mit den Hunden spazieren. Gehen gerne mal zusammen ins Kino oder Kneipe ( Livemusik) und weitere interessante Veranstaltungen oder Kurse die uns interessieren.
Spielen auch gerne, Skipo und Phase 10 und gelegentlich, pokern wir auch.
Des öfteren wird zusammen gekocht und die Küche ist der zentrale Treffpunkt, für alle !
Wir freuen uns wie schon erwähnt über neue liebe, intelligent, innovative neue MitbewohnerInnen 😀
