The room has a size of 22 square meters. There are two windows from which you can have a look to a yard. You have a WLAN contact in the room. You can also call via phone from the room and call to the other phones in the room. There is a fireplace with which you can heat the room, so the additional costs are reduced. Impact ventilation is important.
The room is located Vögelsen.Vögelsen is the first place in the North West of Lüneburg. You can reach the city via the bus line 5009 in 20 to 25 minutes. You can get to the university from the central bus station and the bus stop Am Sande within 10 to 15 minutes.You can do a walk in the Forest Landscape and at the brook Landwehr.
I am living together with to older people, a 60 year old woman and a 54 year old man in a feelgood flatshare of more generations. Both are my flatmates and he rented out the room to me. He has a female dog which has the Labrador inside and she has a male dog, an Elo. We all have our duties to do but also the possibility to withdraw. We do a walk with the dogs.
Das Zimmer ist 22 Quadratmeter groß. Es gibt zwei Fenster, aus denen man in den Hof blicken kann. Aus dem Zimmer hat man WLAN Kontakt. Außerdem kann man aus dem Zimmer mit Festnetz telefonieren und zu den anderen Telefonen im Haus. Es kann mit Kamin geheizt werden, was die Nebenkosten reduziert. Stoßlüften ist wichtig.
Das Zimmer ist in Vögelsen. Vögelsen ist der erste Ort, nordwestlich von Lüneburg. Mit der 5009 ist man in 20-25 Minuten in der Stadt. Vom ZOB und der Bushaltestelle Am Sande ist man innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten an der Universität. In der Waldlandschaft und im Bach Landwehr kann man gut spazieren gehen.
Ich wohne mit zwei älteren Menschen, einer 60 jährigen Frau und einem 54 Mann in einer Mehrgenerationenwohlfühl WG. Beide sind meine Mitbewohner und er ist mein Vermieter. Er hat eine Hündin, in der ein Labrador steckt und sie einen Elo. Wir haben alle unsere Pflichten aber auch Rückzug. Wir gehen mit den Hunden spazieren.
