Hallo liebe Leute,
ich gehe für ein Semester ins Ausland und möchte mein möbiliertes Zimmer (16,5 qm) vom 1.9.2013 bis 31.1. 2014 untervermieten.
Das Haus gehört der Lucia Pfohe Stiftung und ist ein kleines Studentenwohnheim in der Altstadt. Es wohnen hier 12 Studenten in 4 WGs. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein großer Wohnzimmer mit Sofas, Kicker und TV. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine, einen Dachboden zum Wäsche trocknen und einen Fahrradschuppen.
Im Zimmer ist eine kleine Einbauküche enthalten.
