In meiner wunderschönen 3 Zi Altbauwohnung ist ein Wg Zimmer frei. Es ist ca 16qm groß und hat einen schönen Holzfußboden (wie die ganze Wohnung). Es besteht die Möglichkeit den darin stehenden Schrank kostenlos zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnküche inkl. Spülmaschine und ein großes Bad mit Badewanne. In der Miete ist alles inklusive.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Rotenburgerstr sehr ruhig am Ende der Hindenburgstr. Eine Bushaltestelle ist in ca 2-3 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und in die Stadt läuft man sehr schön in 5-8 Min durch den Liebesgrund.
Ich selber bin zum 1.7. eingezogen und suche noch jemand nettes der flexibel bis 15. Oktober einziehen möchte. Ich habe in Lüneburg studiert und arbeite nun schon.
Wenn ihr nichts dagegen habt mit einer jungen Mama (meine Tochter ist drei) zusammen zu wohnen freue ich mich auf eure Mail.
Sie ist eine ruhige, sehr liebe Mitbewohnerin die nicht immer da ist.
