Gemütliches und schönes Zimmer. Großes Fenster mit viel Sonnenlicht. Mitnutzung des Wohnzimmers (23m2). Dort stelle ich Fernseher und Couch zu Verfügung.
Bilder zeigen Einrichtungs Beispiel. Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Die Lager der Wohnung ist perfekt. Direkt vor dem Haus ist die Bushaltestelle wo man innerhalb von 10 min in der Stadt ist. Ein Edeka ist bereits zu Fuß innerhalb von 3-5 min erreichbar. Wer allerdings nicht so viel Geld zu Verfügung hat kann noch ein Stück weiter gehen und findet dort einen Aldi,Lidl und einen Kaufland. Auch die Stadt ist leicht in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und mit dem Rad ist man bereits in 5 min dort.
Ich suche einen Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin. Man sollte die Wohnung immer sauber und ordentlich halten. Gesucht sind Tierfreunde da ich 2 Katzen besitze die hier in der Wohnung rum laufen.
Ich bin offen für gemeinsame Abende und Unternehmungen.
Ich bin täglich erreichbar über mein Handy. Falls Interesse besteht dann kann man gerne eine Besichtigung planen.
