Das Zimmer ist eine sehr gemütliches, geräumiges Zimmer mit schönem Holzdielenboden und hohen Decken. Ich würde es für 1 1/2 Monate für einen geringeren Preis zur Zwischenmiete anbieten, da ich die ganze Zeit unterwegs sein werde. Deshalb würde ich es mit Möbeln vermieten (ein großes super gemütliches Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch etc.).
Das Zimmer ist trotz des Erdgeschosses sehr hell und man bekommt die schönste Abendsonne zum Fenster herein.
Small and comfortable 17 qm room with wooden floor and high ceiling. I would offer it for 1 1/2 month for a smaller price because I will not be in Lüneburg. I would offer it with furniture (including a very nice bed and a couch).
It is a light room and in the evening you can enjoy the sun shining through the windows.
Die Lage ist mit die beste, die Lüneburg zu bieten hat. Man ist mit dem Fahrrad in zehn Minuten an der Universität und zu Fuß in zwei Minuten im Altstadtkern oder in der Innenstadt. Der Supermarkt ist eine Minute entfernt. Außerdem ist es trotz der Straße an der das Haus gelegen ist sehr ruhig, besonders nachts, da das Zimmer nach hinten zu einem kleinen Garten herausgeht.
The flat is situated in the centre of Lüneburg and a supermarked and everything else is reachable within minutes.
At nights its very quite , so good sleep is garanteed.
Wir sind Lennard, Adriana, Maribel und ich (Anton). Wir alle studieren Kulturwissenschaften an der Universität hier in Lüneburg. Zusammen führen wir ein sehr freundschaftliches und liebevolles WG-Leben, verbringen viel Zeit beim Kochen, Filmeschauen, Musikmachen und Diskutieren miteinander. Wir haben gerne Freunde bei uns zu Hause zum Essen, Quatschen und ab und zu schmeißen wir auch die eine oder andere Party. Normalerweise gibt es bei uns keine Streitigkeiten (es gibt z.B. zwei Bäder, was echt entspannt ist) und auch beim Putzen und Einkaufen wechseln wir uns immer gut ab. Wir suchen Leute die Lust haben Zeit in der WG zu verbringen und Dinge miteinander zu teilen. Unser Zusammenleben ist alles andere als zweckmäßig und uns selber würden wir uns als lebensfroh und ausgelassen bezeichnen.
Lennard, Adriana, Maribel and Me (Anton) are als studying cultural sciences. We are all good friends and spend a lot of time together cooking, making music or having deep conversations. But if somebody needs his space he/she can always take it. We clean together and often share food. But if one likes to have is one food it is totaly fine. We don't come in trouble often, especially because we have two bathrooms which makes it easy and comfortable in the morning.
We are open and funny people and love to meet new persons.
Ich würde das Zimmer für wie gesagt für 1 1/2 Monate anbieten (es gebe auch die Option das Zimmer bis zum 13 Oktober zu mieten), falls du es aber nur für einen Monat mieten möchtest wäre das auch total ok. Schreibe einfach und wir machen ein Treffen zum Kennenlernen aus (wenn nicht in Lüneburg selbst, dann auch gerne über Skype).
PS: auf manchen Fotos erscheint das Zimmer als sehr dunkel, da kommt daher, dass ich ein wenig das Rolleau herunter gemacht habe, damit die Abendsonne nicht zu sehr blendet auf dem Foto.

If you don't want to stay 1 and a half month it's also fine, just let me know. Otherwise there is the possibility to rent the room until the 13th of october, so almost two month. If you can't be in Lüneburg for a meeting we can also have a Skype talk;)
