Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Zugang zum Balkon. Die Wohnung ist eine zwei Zimmer Wohnung mit kleinem Bad, mit Dusche und kleiner Küche mit Tisch. Das Zimmer ist hell und rechteckig geschnitten. Der Fahrradkeller liegt direkt nebenan. Zum Objekt gehört ein kleines Kellerabteil.
Das Haus liegt an einem Rondell am Rande einer Schrebergartensiedlung. Es sind zwei Bushaltestellen zu Fuß ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahhrad lassen sich der Hauptcampus oder die Altstadt in ca. 15 Minuten erreichen. Volgershall liegt noch näher dran. Penny liegt 10 Minuten zu Fuß und auch der Edeka bei der Post liegt nicht weit.
Im Moment wohne ich alleine in der Wohnung. Ich bin 24 Jahre alt und wohne jetzt seit drei Jahren hier. Ich rauche nicht. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport oder schaue Football.
