2 kleine Zimmer, eins davon ist ein ausgebauter Dachboden/Dachgeschoss zum Schlafen, verbunden mit dem unteren Zimmer durch eine massive Treppe (also gewisse Sportlichkeit wird vorausgesetzt). Wir arbeiten alle und lassen uns viel Spielraum, trinken aber gerne einen Tee zusammen oder treffen uns in der Küche und essen auch gelegentlich zusammen. Bahnhofsnähe, zentral. Möbliert . Die Miete ist incl. allem. Natürlich Internetanschluss, Tageszeitung etc. Meistens internationale Besetzung (vietnamesisch/amerkanisch/deutsch z. Zt.)
Es besteht die Möglichkeit nach diesen beiden Monaten in ein kleineres Zimmer umzuziehen, bei Bedarf.
Zur Zeit 4 arbeitende Menschen & 2 Katzen, die nichts tun als uns zu erfreuen. Bitte nur Nichtraucher. Und leider keine weiteren Tiere.
Furnished room available, two actually, one attic to sleep in. One working women and three men and 2 cats live together in a house near the train station, all very centrally located. Only non-smokers, please. Internetanschluss ist natürlich da. WiFi, of course, available. The rent is warm rent including everything. Sometimes even with a breakfast....
There is the chance to stay after these two months in a smaller room though.
