I'm currently looking for a nice, sociable flat mate for a modern, clean and quite furnished room (8m2) in a new apartment (80m2) in Hesperange, close to the city center. 800€ all charges included( incl. heater, electricity, TV, internet, etc.). 5 minutes by car to the city center or even less to the motorway. 3 minutes walking to the bus station and the park of Hesperange. (Direct Bus to the City Center, Kirchberg, etc.) Nice kitchen, living room(30m2), bathroom and separated toilet. The flat is fully equipped and additional storage can be used in the hall, living room and cellar. The room also contains pillows, cover, etc. There are parking possibilities in front of the building and a private parking spot. The room will be available with preference march 20, 2015.
