Da ich zum Ende April mein Auslandssemester abschließe wird mein Zimmer in der WG wieder frei. Meine Mitbewohnerin sucht daher zum Mai wieder jemanden der einziehen möchte. Das Zimmer ist groß und hell und mit allem wie Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank etc. möbliert. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr schön mit einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und einer separaten Küche, inklusive allem was man sich so wünscht wie Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Mixer und ein Alleskochgerät - a la Thermomix. Wir haben weiterhin ein Badezimmer und eine getrennte Toilette. Zudem gibt es einen Aufzug was bei der 5. Etage sehr angenehm ist.

As I will be finishing my semester abroad at the end of April, my room in the shared flat will become available again. My roommate is therefore looking for someone to move in again in May. The room is large and bright and is furnished with everything such as a bed, desk, chair, closet etc.. The apartment is very nice overall with a large living room with dining area and a separate kitchen, including everything you could wish for such as a dishwasher, coffee machine, blender and an all-purpose stove - a la Thermomix. We also have a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also an elevator, which is very convenient on the 5th floor.
Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch für Lyon. Die Metrohaltestelle Ampére - Victor Hugo liegt nur eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Von dort aus ist man innerhalb einer Haltestelle in Bellecour, von wo aus man überall hin kommt. Man kann natürlich auch laufen, das dürften so 5-10 Minuten sein. Die Haltestellen Cordelliers und Hotel de Ville, welche sind ebenfalls nur 2 bis 3 Haltestellen mit derselben Metro Linie entfernt. Die ganze Gegend um die Wohnung ist super schön und durch die Lage zwischen den beiden Flüssen kann man in jeder Richtung sehr schnell am Wasser sein. Die Wohnung liegt zudem an einer eher ruhigeren, kleinen Einbahnstraße und dadurch dass sie im 5. Stock ist hört man sehr wenig von den Autos.

The location is absolutely fantastic for Lyon. The Ampére - Victor Hugo metro stop is just a minute's walk away. From there, it's just one stop to Bellecour, from where you can get anywhere. Of course, you can also walk, which should take around 5-10 minutes. The Cordelliers and Hotel de Ville stops are also only 2 to 3 stops away on the same metro line. The whole area around the apartment is super nice and due to the location between the two rivers you can get to the water very quickly in any direction. The apartment is also located on a rather quiet, small one-way street and because it is on the 5th floor you hear very little from the cars.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen sind Eva und Ale. Ale ist wie ich eine Austauschstudentin daher wird sie ebenfalls Lyon Mitte/Ende Mai verlassen. Eva ist Französin und wohnt dauerhaft in Lyon sowie in dieser Wohnung und wird daher auch in der Zeit wo du hier bist hier wohnen. Sie ist super nett, aufgeschlossen und geht quasi jeden Tag ins Gym. Wir haben zu dritt abends gerne zusammen gekocht, Wein getrunken, Serien geschaut oder sind feiern gegangen. Euren Alltag könnt ihr euch aber natürlich so gestalten wie es euch passt. Wir haben auch einen Putzplan aufgestellt.

My flatmates are Eva and Ale. Ale is an exchange student like me, so she will also be leaving Lyon in the middle/end of May. Eva is French and lives permanently in Lyon as well as in this apartment and will therefore also be living here while you are here. She is super nice, open-minded and goes to the gym almost every day. The three of us enjoyed cooking together in the evenings, drinking wine, watching series or going out partying. Of course, you can organize your everyday life however you like. We also have a cleaning plan.
