Very cozy and extremely cheap room for rent from 01 February 2016! (negotiable)
The price is 200€ warm per months, no hidden costs. The room is located in Schippersdreef, above Brusselsepoort. It is a flat that used to be shared with 2 others, but is now occupied only by one very fit yet older Dutch man, who owns the place and lives in his own part. He speaks German and Dutch fluently if you have questions, but otherwise you have not much to do with him. He has been hosting students for more than a decade now.
Roughly 10m² room with own balcony. Renovated bathroom and toilet as well as very nice shared kitchen as you can see in the pictures. You would also have your own fridge (with freezer) in the back.
I prefer interested students who will take over my furniture for a fee of 150€, it includes:
- Solid 120x200 bed + mattress (fits perfect in this room)
- Large desk + used though comfy office chair
- Shelf
- Small wardrobe
All requirements:

The room is roughly 10m² with an own balcony. Both the bathroom and the toiletroom have been renovated recently as well as the shared kitchen, where you have your own fridge with freezer compartment.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Nicht zu weit weg und trotzdem in einer ruhigen Gegend. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit max 5min auf dem Rad zu erreichen (Lidl, Albert Heijn, Plus, Jumbo...). Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 5minuten zu Fuß und wird von 2 Bussen angefahren, die beide nur 10min zum Hauptbahnhof brauchen. Für die Uni Fakultäten (Fasos, SBE, UCM) braucht man maximal 10 Minuten auf dem Rad.
WG-Leben existiert so ziemlich nicht. Hatte in meinem Jahr in diesem Zimmer nur sehr wenig mit dem Besitzer der Wohnung zu tun. Ist also sehr ruhig und angenehm. Perfekt um eine Master These zu schreiben.
