Da ich meine letzten Kurse an der Uni Ende März beende wird mein Zimmer Anfang/Mitte April frei. Gerne können wir den Einzugstermin auch individuell absprechen. Das Zimmer gehört zu einer 4er WG, die komplett möbiliert vermietet wird und 2012 komplett erneuert wurde. Auch eine Waschmaschine, ein Fahrradkeller und gute Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Von deinem potentiellen Zimmer geht ein Balkon ab, den du dir mit einer Mitbewohnerin teilst. Die Miete von insgesamt 380 € enthalten bereits alle anfallenden Kosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet). Das heißt keine weiteren Kosten kommen auf dich zu.
Bis zur Uni Maastricht sind es ca. 10 Fahrradminuten. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür. Die Supermärkte Plus und Lidl sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ein Highlight ist der Streichelzoo, der nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt ist.
