The room is 12 sqm big on the first floor. The room is already furnished with a 140x200 cm bed, a table and chair, a clothes rack and a shelve. I directly fell in love with it because it is so bright and cozy. In front of the window is a beautiful tree and you can look into the sky lying in bed :).
The house has a really big kitchen and living room, which is super nice to have cooking sessions and/or invite some people over
When you are studying at FHML or you are an UM sports addict, you will love the location of the house - its only 3-4 min by bike to FHML and UMsports :).
Lidl, Plus and AH are also really close and the maas is also only 10 min away from you.
The street is very quiet, here are living many families and on the other side of the street is a soccer field.
You will share the house with 3 others. Maria is in her second year of biomedical sciences Bsc and Lena just started her psychology bachelor degree. Hong's situation is not as certain since she has almost finished her degree, so you might have a new flatmate by the time.
We often hang out together, watching movies or having dinner, but everyone here is really relaxed, so there is no pressure and if you need time for yourself thats fine!
I will sublet the room until january, but there is the possibility to take over the room afterwards! :)
In total, the rent will be 287.40 Eur. I would like to leave the furniture in the room.
