The room is the second biggest in the apartment and has its own balcony. The room is connected to the living room with an open kitchen. During the day there is a lot of sunlight so the room would be ideal for all the plant lovers out there.
The rent i pay right now includes all utilities and Internet costs (446€) . usually the agency in charge of the building will raise the rental price after someone moves out but its not by much.
The apartment if 5 minutes by bike away from the FHML/FPN faculties and even less from the nearest supermarket (plus) and local bakery. It takes about 20 minutes to bike to the inner city and 30minutes by bus. The bus stop for the line 5 is 20m away from the entrance door.
Heugem is a very quiet and family friendly area with a primary school and general practitioner down the street.
We are looking for a new roommate for our cozy flat in Maastricht heugem. We are looking for someone who is preferably also a student and will stay for at least a year. From tim to time it might be nice to hang out together but of course we respect each others space and need for some quiet time (especially in exam season).
We are looking for someone who appreciated a clean flat and is willing to follow out weekly cleaning schedule.
2 other roommates are also moving out so if you have a friend that is also looking to move to maastri ht feel free to pitch them the info and me their contact info so we can all connect. One roommate already moved out and is looking for a replacement ASAP (20m²) and the other room (ca. 13m²) will move out by end of February.
Since I am not currently in Maastricht and the restiction from the pandemic should be respected there will only be online viewings.
