Hello,
The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, nightstand, a big and a small closet, and a big shelf. Furthermore there is a sink in each room of the house. You will be sharing the kitchen, as well as the toilet and shower (seperate) with four other students.
The room is located in Veldwezelt - Lanaken, Belgium. There is a bus stop located 2 minutes from the house. By bike, the city center is about 15-20 minutes from the house and there are grocery stores within 5-10 minutes in biking distance. It is a calm area, which is inviting for a walk along some beautiful cornfields.
The overall climate on the floor is pretty relaxed. Everyone gets along really well and there are frequent chats and hang arounds in the kitchen where you will meet the other students living on the floor. The common areas are cleaned once a week by the landlord so you dont have to get your hands wet :)
There is free parking in front of the house, as well as a garage where you can safely park your bike. In addition, there is a washing mashine in the garage which you can use for 3€ per wash. The kitchen is well equipted. The room is 350€ including gas, water, electrictiy and WIFI. After the subrent contract expires, there is the option to take over my contract and keep the room.
