Es handelt sich um ein nettes gemütliches Zimmer in einer 3er WG. Das Haus ist eigentlich als Einfamilienhaus gebaut worden, aber seit einigen Jahren wird es als WG von Studenten genutzt. Das Zimmer befindet sich in der ersten Etage.
Bei interesse meldet euch bitte ueber Facebook oder WhatsApp bei mir.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, angenehmen und vor allem sicheren Gegend, was vor allem in Maastricht von Vorteil ist, wenn man ein Auto mit deutschem Kennzeichen fährt.
Die Nachbarn sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man ca. 10 min bis in die Innenstadt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 3 min zu Fuß entfernt. Und ein Supermarkt ist ebenfalls 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. (Plus und Albert Hijn)
Zur Psychologie und Medizin Fakultät braucht man zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten.
Die Mitbewohner sind zwei deutsche nette Jungs im Alter von 21-25.
Das Haus ist mit einer großen Küche mit Spülmaschine, einem großen Wohnzimmer einem Garten und einer Garage ausgestattet.
