Hallo ihr,
da wir (zwei European Studies Studentinnen) beide im 5. Semester ins Ausland gehen, suchen wir für unsere schöne Wohnung zwei nette Untermieter ab Anfang Juni bis Ende Januar. Wir wohnen in der Adelbert van Scharnlaan, im kleinen Viertel Schaarn, mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, guten Parkmöglichkeiten und direkter Busanbindung nach Aachen :) . Von hier aus sind es ca 5 min mit dem Rad zur Uni in Randwyck (Naturwissenschaften) und zum Unisport. Ins Zentrum und zu den restlichen Fakultäten sind es ca 10 min.
Wir teilen uns eine Küche (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gasherd, Kaffemaschine). Es gibt eine separate Dusche und Toilette und ganz wichtig: einen Balkon :). Zudem haben wir wireless lan und einen Fernsehanschluss.
Das kleinere Zimmer (teilmöbliert, ca 10qm) hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon und kostet 270€ (NK enthalten). Das andere Zimmer ist ca 16qm groß und kostet 360€ (möbliert, NK enthalten). Beide Zimmer gehen nach hinten raus und daher ist es sehr ruhig.
