looking for a room in a shared apartment, possibly near Fasos

I am a 21 years old italian student looking for a room in Maastricht, possibly near Fasos. I am moving to Maastricht in February 2023 and i would like to find a room in a shared apartment with other students. I am flexible, clean, reliable and i am used to sharing spaces with other people. I will study European Studies at Maastricht University , i work as a Journalist in Rome and I am a sports person. My priority is findind a comfortable room, big enough to study and to fell comfortable. The most important condition is the distance from the centrum, especially from Grote Gracht: i need it to be quite close to them as i am moving by bike or by feet. My budget is 550 euros, with all the utilities included.There is nothing else needed. I like the idea of sharing the flat with other students, i like having some coomon spaces like the kitchen, the living groom, eventually a balcony or a garden, but these two are not essential, of course. I really hope you could hel me in this research.
