Hallo an alle Erasmusstudenten und Mitarbeiter von Bosch oder anderen deutschen Firmen, die gerne einige Zeit in Madrid leben möchten!
Mein Name ist Susana, ich bin 37 Jahre alt, Spanierin und suche eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in).
Ich miete ein Zimmer von 9 m2 grosses Zimmer, 5 min zu Fuss von der Metrostation Ascao und 5 Fussminuten zum Boschwerk entfernt. Das Zimmer hat alles, was man braucht: ein 0,90 m grosses Bett, einen Schreibtisch, einen Schrank, eine Kommode und ein Bücherregal. In der monatlichen Miete sind Wasser, Strom, Netflix, Toilettenpapier, Duschgel, Putz- und Waschmittel enthalten. Die Miete beträgt 370 € pro Monat und die Kaution 100 €.
I rent a medium room to Erasmus studients and Bosh workers. The flat is located in Ascao, 5 min a walk from Bosh and Metro Ascao.
I´m Susana, I´m 37 , I´m spanish and english teacher. I´m friendly, independent but I like common life , share moment, and practice language.
The room has all you need: 90 cm bed, with linens and blanket, shelves, wardrobe, chest of drawer, desk. you can enjoy all the house, we have a nice balcony. The monthly payment are 370,€ a deposit 100€. It is included all taxes, electricity, heating, Internet, and some extras as toilet paper, shower gel, Netflix, cleaning products.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 min zu Fuss zur Metrostation Ascao, zum Boschwerk und zu mehreren Supermärkten (u.a. Lidl). In 20 min ist man im Zentrum (Gran Vía).
Ebenfalls 5 Fussminuten entfernt ist ein städtisches Sportzentrum gelegen mit Schwimmbad, Fitnessstudio und Sauna.
The flat is located 5 min from Ascao Station, 5 min from Bosh and a sport centre with swimming pool , fitness area and sauna.
You can go to the center town in 20 min.
Fúr mich ist das WG-Leben sehr wichtig, d.h., mit demjenigen, mit dem ich zusammenwohne, verbringe ich gerne Zeit, sei es beim gemeinsamen Kochen, Filmeabend oder ähnliches.
Ich bin Spanierin und spreche kein Deutsch, dafür helfe ich aber gern beim Spanischlernen und freue mich auch, Englisch oder Französisch zu sprechen.
Living in a share flat, the respect is as important as sharing . I like making something together like cooking or watching film, but I like staying relax alone and let get relax the other one.
I´m spanish teacher , I don´t speak german, but I speak english , and I could try to speak french. At less understand us.
