Piso comportadio por estudiante

Hola! Me llamo Markus, tengo 25 años y soy estudiante de ‘educación para adultos’ en Alemania. En Octubre voy a empezar un periodo de prácticas en una escuela de idiomas en Madrid (parte de Erasmus+) que durará cuatro meses. Por eso busco una habitación en un piso compartido para el tiempo de 1 de Octubre 2018 a 31 de Enero 2019 (mejor, pero no esencial: de 28 de Septiembre). Amo la música en todos sus formas, especialmente me gusta tocar música con mi bajo junto con mi banda. Por desgracia, no voy a traerlos (el bajo y la banda)… Quizás tendréis algunos instrumentos :P Además, a veces intento cocinar o hornear algo que me gusta (en mi opinión, secundo funciona más mejor :D). Os gusta deporte, especialmente para compensar la buen comida? Muy bien! Debería hacer más deporte que ahora (aproximado nada) y por eso me gustarían posibilidades que pueden cambiarlo. Pero también me alegraría de gente que solamente come con mucho gusto como yo :) Para mi es importante que tengo tiempo suficiente para mi solo. Sin embargo me gusta mucho pasar tiempo con gente amable también (salir, jugar, ver películas…). Tal vez tengáis ganas mostrarme la ciudad :) Me gustaría si recibiera un mensaje de os.

Mi llegada sería el 28 de Septiembre. Por eso (por desgracia) no puedo participar en visitas físicamente antes de esto día. Quizás podamos llamar vía Skype antes ?

Dear future flatmates!

My name is Markus and I am 24 years old. I live in Bamberg, Germany and study ‘adult education’ there. Since I will start an internship in October in a language school in Madrid for a period of 4 months I am looking for a room in a flat share for the time between 1 October 2018 and 31 January 2019. Presumably, I will arrive on 29 or 30 October and leave on 2 February so that a room with some more days around the planned period would be great (but not essential).

I love music in all its details and playing the guitar and the bass (unfortunately I won´t take my instruments with me – thus, if you have one you would be my heroes :D)
Alongside, I like cooking and baking sometimes (second in an acceptable way as I think :D). By looking into a mirror I can notice that my sportive activity falls short in general… Therefore, it would be a pleasure to take part at some sports (but not essential…)

I really enjoy time together with endearing people (movie nights, drinking together, playing games, talking etc.), but also need enough space for my own time. Maybe you can show me the city 
