Das erste WG-Zimmer der 2019 sanierten Wohnung ist 20 qm (338€ warm) groß und hell. Es hat zwei große nach Norden ausgerichtete Fenster und zwei Heizkörper. Bei Bedarf dürfen die Gardinenstange, die Vorhänge sowie ein Sofa übernommen werden. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbeliert.
Das zweite Zimmer ist 28qm (360€ warm)groß. Es hat drei große Fenster mit Blick auf den Innenhof. In diesem Zimmer bleibebn ebefalls die Vorhänge hängen sowie das 1,60 Meter breite Bett, welches übernommen werden kann.
Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine auf dem Bild wird mitgenommen. Die moderne Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine und einem großen Kühlschrank inklusive Tiefkühler bestückt. Die gesamte Wohnung ist einheitlich mit hellem Laminat ausgelegt.

Ishaan ist 27 Jahre alt, kommt ursprünglich aus Indien und lebt seit November 2023 in unserer WG. Er studiert Logistik und Operations Research an der Uni.
