Ich unserer Wohnung wird ab dem 1.11. ein unmöbiliertes Zimmer frei.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Sofa ist auch da.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man für ausgedehnte Kochsessions so braucht, sogar inklusive Spülmaschine. Zudem verfügt die Wohnung noch über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ein großes Bad, ein Gäste-WC und eine Waschmaschine.
At 1.11. there will be a free room in our flat. The room is not furnished.
The apartment is really huge. There is also a living room with a couch.
In the kitchen you find everything you might need for cooking inclusive a dish washer. In addition the apartment has a huge living room, a big bathroom, another small WC and a washing machine.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Es sind nur 5 Gehminuten sowohl zur Uni als auch zur nächsten Tram- und Bushaltestelle. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, das Zimmer geht auf den Innenhof raus. Dennoch ist ein Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke
The location is perfect. It’s just a 5 minutes’ walk both to the university and to the next tram and bus stop. The house is in a calm street and the room is directed towards the inner courtyard. However, a supermarket is just around the corner.
Über das WG-Leben lässt sich nicht viel sagen. Ich selbst werde ausziehen. Zum 1.10. zieht unser neuer Mitbewohner Mathias ein und bis 1.2. wohnt noch Kais als Untermieter dort, bis meine (deine zukünftige) Mitbewohnerin wieder von ihrem Praktikum zurück nach Magdeburg kommt. Es liegt also an dir, das neue WG-Leben so mit zu gestalten, wie du möchtest :)
There is not much to say about the life in the apartment and about your future flat mates. I will move out. At 1.10. our new flatmate Mathias will move in and until 1.2. Kais is living there until my (your future) flatflate comes back from her internship. So it also up to you to shape the life in the flat as you want :)
Besichtigungen sind natürlich auch per Skype möglich. Schreibt mir einfach eine Mail für eine Terminvereinbarung oder auch wenn ihr noch Fragen habt. (Übrigens, ich heiße Katja, auch wenn unten Lisa steht...)
