Hallihallo,

ich habe mein Wg Zimmer abzugeben. Es ist mit großen Fenstern über Eck sehr hell, zum Hinterhof und hat 19m². Der Boden ist aus Laminat und die Wände sind alle weiß. Es ist Platz für ein großes Bett, Couch oder andere Chillmöglichkeit, Schreibtisch, Schrank und alles was man sonst noch so braucht.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert abgegeben. Du würdest meine privaten Möbel (ca. 500€) abkaufen und anschließend an den Nachmieter weiterverkaufen oder mitnehmen :) Dazu gehört der Schrank, das große Regal, die Vorhänge, Fensterabdunklungen, Lampenschirm, Lampen, Schreibtisch und Stuhl und das Bett mit Matratze. Den Teppich, und ein paar Kissen für eine Sitzgelegenheit kann ich dir auch dalassen.

Der angegebene Preis ist der aktuelle warme Gesamtmietpreis inkl. aller Nebenkosten (330€) sowie Internet und Strom für das 19m² große Zimmer 3 (insgesamt 350€).

Neben diesem Zimmer ist auch noch ein weiteres Zimmer frei (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/wg-zimmer-in-Magdeburg-Altstadt.10781512.html). Das letzte Zimmer ist noch bewohnt, wird aber früher oder später auch frei, da sich unsere WG gerade auflöst.

Die Wohnung hat 3 schöne große Zimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, eine kleine Abstellkammer und eine große Küche die mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen und allem was man so braucht ausgestattet ist. Es sind insgesamt ca. 100m² und die Wohnung wirkt durch die hohen Decken und vielen großen Fenster hell und geräumig.

I have a furnished room to offer. It is very bright with big windows over the corner, to the backyard and has 19m². The floor is laminate and the walls are all white. There is space for a large bed, couch or other chill-out area, desk, wardrobe and everything else you need.
The room will be handed over furnished. You would buy my private furniture (approx. 500€) and then sell it on to the next renter or take it with you :) This includes the wardrobe, the large shelf, the curtains, window shades, lampshade, lamps, desk and chair and the bed with mattress. I can also leave you the carpet and a few cushions for a seat.

The price listed is the price for the current warm rent including all additional costs (330€) as well as internet and electricity for the 19m² room 3 (350€ in total).

The flat has 3 nice large rooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a small storage room and a large kitchen equipped with fridge, cooker, oven and everything you need. It is about 100m² in total and the flat is bright and spacious due to the high ceilings and many large windows.
