Looking for a room near the Uni!

Hi,

I am having a bit of trouble reading the angebotes in German so I'm posting a Gesuch! ;)

I am arriving in Germany (Magdeburg) on the 16th of September.

I am looking for a place to stay near the university.
So, it will be good if I can go to the business faculty by walk in a few minutes!

In my room, I need a bed, study table, internet connection and some storage shelves would be great for my clothes.

*how many people are living in it

*size of the room
*time taken to go to a supermarket
*time taken to go to the university
*how kuhlschrank is used and shared

And also, I am a flutist. I need to play maybe an hour or so every day or every second day. Of course I will take into consideration when people are studying or need some silence.
; ) ! I am not a smoker, might say I am friendly and approachable!
