Ich selbst Sandeep Yadav und ich kommen aus Indien. Ich bin Incoming Student an der OVGU im Studiengang Elektrotechnik und Informationstechnik. Daher suche ich ab dem 04.10.2022 ein Studentenwohnheimzimmer. Auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer, das entweder zu Fuß oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in der Nähe der Universität sein sollte. Es sollte gut an das Stadtzentrum und das Marktgebiet angebunden sein. Mietvertrag ist erforderlich, da ich ihn für die Stadtregistrierung benötige.
Miete:- Die Miete sollte Strom- und Heizkosten enthalten.

Myself Sandeep Yadav and i am from India. I am incoming student at OVGU in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology course. So i am looking for a student accommodation room from 04-October-2022. Looking for a room which should be nearby to university either by walking or by public transport. It should be well connected to city center and market area. Rent agreement is required as i need it for city registration.
Rent:- The rent should include electricity and heating charges.
